Every order ships from our shop in Detroit, Michigan, USA. Because each piece is screen-printed to order, please read the timelines below before purchasing.
Shirts are printed to order, so each piece takes 3–5 business days to print, cure, and pack before it ships. During limited drops or busy periods this may run slightly longer, and we will note any delays at checkout or by email.
Orders within the United States ship via standard tracked mail. Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after the order leaves the shop. Total time from order to delivery is therefore roughly 8–13 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International transit times vary widely by destination and customs processing. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Once your order ships, a tracking number is sent to the email address on your order. Please make sure your email and shipping address are correct at checkout, as we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. For packages that appear lost in transit, contact us and we will help open an inquiry with the carrier. Root & Cap is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered but reported stolen, though we will always do our best to assist.
